If you arrive after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, You may be charged a $15 late fee for each 15 minute period you’re late. If you’ve arrived late, we do reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service for a later time that day or another date and time. If you’ve arrive after 45 minutes of your originally scheduled appointment time, our short-notice cancellation penalty will go in affect for any cancellation request and your deposit will not be refunded.
