All appointments must be booked no later than 1 hour before close.
We also will not be able to accommodate any walk-in clients that come into the salon within this 1 hour window.
Should your service take 2 or more hours to complete, we may attempt to reschedule your appointment for an earlier time or later date. We will not do so without contacting you first and will try our best to schedule you in a mutually convenient time slot.
Our lateness policy will go into effect if you arrive after 15 minutes over your scheduled appointment time. And our short-notice cancellation policy will also go into effect if you do not show up at all.
