We will work to correct any mistake directly caused by a stylist's negligence and/or preventable failing(s) within one week of your service - completely free of charge.
Though rare, mistakes can happen. We are 100% committed to making sure you are happy and satisfied with your results. Know that you can always ask us at any point during your service to show you the exact products we are using for your personal examination.
However, any other dissatisfaction due to failing to disclose important facts about your hair service history, general "buyer's remorse" after receiving an agreed-upon service or your insistence on having your stylist perform an unrecommended service will be charged at the full rate to help correct.
