Cancellations and No-Shows

We get it.  Life happens.  And sometimes that might mean you'll have to cancel an appointment.  As long as you can let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, it's all good!

We get it. Life happens. And sometimes that might mean you'll have to cancel an appointment. As long as you can let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, it's all good!

We'll even spot you one short-notice cancellation (within the 48 hour window) or no-show without penalty.  However, afterwards, any future short-notice cancellations will mean that your paid deposit will not be refunded. And if you did not pay a deposit, from that point forward, you must provide us with a credit card prior to booking your appointment.  For all short-notice cancellations or no-shows, your deposit will not be refunded - there are no exceptions.

All cancellation requests must be made by either calling the salon directly or sending an email to hello@styleboxsalon.co.
