Cancellations and No-Shows

We get it.  Life happens.  And sometimes that might mean you'll have to cancel an appointment.  As long as you can let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, it's all good!

We get it. Life happens. And sometimes that might mean you'll have to cancel an appointment. As long as you can let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, it's all good!

We'll even spot you one short-notice cancellation (within the 3 hour window) or no-show without penalty.  However, from that point forward, you must provide us with a credit card prior to booking your appointment.  For any other cancellations or no-shows, you will be charged a non-refundable 25% fee of your booked services - no exceptions.

All cancellations must be made by calling the salon directly.
