If you are trying to secure a time slot that has been booked, don't hesitate to give the salon a ring!  We'll do our best to accommodate you!

Unfortunately, we're unable to reserve or hold multiple time slots for a given service.  This practice is prohibited and will immediately disable your online access for future appointments.

We Get it.  Life Happens.  And Sometimes That Might Mean You'll Have To Cancel An Appointment.  As Long As You Can Let Us Know At Least 48 Hours Before Your Scheduled Appointment, It's All Good!

We'll even spot you one (1) short-notice cancellation (that is, within a 48 hour window) or a no-show without penalty.

Subsequent short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged a non-refundable 25% fee of your booked services - no exceptions.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, we do reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service for a later time or date.

Walk-in clients arriving 1 hour before closing may not be accommodated based on the type of service required.

Quick reminder - our lateness policy will go into effect if you arrive after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, which means we may not be able to complete your entire service.  

If you're unsure whether your desired service appointment may be affected by a late arrival or any of our policies, don't hesitate to give us a ring!  We'll do our best to work through any scheduling conflicts to accommodate your request.

There are a few exceptions, of course.

Service animals required for medical accommodations are always okay.  And any child over the age of 2 can receive services as long as the child is accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Special note - we will not perform any chemical treatment service (including texturizers, relaxers, brazilian blow outs or hair color application) on any child under the age of 12.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are 100% committed to making sure you are happy and satisfied with your service and results.  Remember, you can always ask us at any point in time to show you the exact products that we are using for your personal examination.

However, if your dissatisfaction is due to failure to fully disclose your hair treatment history, general "buyer's remorse" after receiving an agreed-upon service or not following your stylist's recommendations, you will be charged the full rate to help correct.

If you insist on moving forward with an unrecommended service or product, our stylists will only be able to complete your request after you sign a waiver indemnifying us from blame for any undesired results.

We will attempt to fix any issues resulting from performing the unrecommended service or usage of an unrecommended product, but you will be charged at the full rate of service to help correct.

Our stylists are always happy to discuss the process of any service with you.  So please feel free and comfortable to ask any questions.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, we can provide you with a photo/video waiver to sign. We will make all reasonable attempts to respect your wishes.

No matter what, we will always ask your permission before recording video of you or taking your photograph.
